Delete your Kirezi account
You can delete your account at any time, from the Kirezi app or from this website. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- In the Kirezi app: Account → Edit my profile → Delete my account.
- On this website: sign in, open your profile, then choose Delete my account.
- Cannot sign in? Write to contact@kirezi.estate from the email address of your account.
What happens next
- You are signed out on every device at once.
- Your account is deleted 30 days later. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion.
- Deleted: your email address, phone number, password, Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in, profile photo, identity details and document, and the contact details you left in your requests.
- Kept without anything that identifies you, for statistics: sign-up date, country, nationality, age group, search criteria and waiting list history.
- Kept for the legal period: if you bought a property through Kirezi, or brought one as a broker, your identity and the records of these transactions are kept for as long as anti-money-laundering law requires, then deleted.
- A purchase in progress must be finished or cancelled before the account can be deleted.
